Midnight shadows slowly increase,
While lying in a bed,
With moon bleached sheets,
That covers my naked body,
I look out into the distance,
As the stars twinkle above my head,
My mind wonders,
Flying through infinite space,
Going to the far reaches of the universe,
Gentle snoring brings me back,
All the color is stolen by the moon,
From my now blushing cheeks,
I blush from looking at my sleeping lover,
I watch the rise and fall of his chest,
That absorbs all the light from the moon and stars,
I grin like a fool and continue watching,
It gets cold, so I snuggle close to him,
I spoon against his smooth back and settle in,
I watch the moon cross the night sky,
The day breaks through the night,
With me floating in blissful dreams and human warmth.
I was workin on imagery and as a bonus it's not emo!
